Postage and Packing. UK is £1.75. Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail's 'signed for' service. Other countries please contact us.
Privacy statement. We only use your name, address,and payment details to process and fulfil your order. They will not otherwise be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. We do not store your financial details.
Despatch:
We aim to despatch within 5 working days of the receipt of payment, but this may be longer at busier times of the trading year. However, we usually manage much better than that – often same day. Please remember transit may be 2 to 4 working days. If an order is urgent, please inform us and we will try to help. If goods are out of stock you will be informed and refunded accordingly.
Returns Policy

Returns
Occasionally mistakes happen, if you have any queries or problems, please do let us know and we will try to help. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, you should notify us by e-mail (info@millefioristudio.com) within seven days of delivery. These goods will be replaced free-of-charge, or a full refund issued. The goods must be returned to us. Please obtain a certificate of posting.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel the order, you must give notice by e-mail (info@millefioristudio.com). If you cancel the order after delivery, you must return the goods to us in new and unused condition at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
We are unable to refund any shipping charges, unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We will issue a refund, if you return the order within 30 days of cancellation. You must obtain a certificate of posting for return of the goods.
